Many think that when reading the Bible, God's behavior changed over time. Others believe that God does not change, cannot change, and his will is permanent. These people say we cannot interpret the Bible correctly when we see God as changing.

But if we read the Bible without preconception, we must admit that the Old Testament’s God and the New Testament’s God are different. Can his will be permanent but his behavior changed over time? Do we deny that God is almighty if we admit this? Should we be afraid of that?

What if we see God as an architect? An architect, after designing the house, first builds the foundation, then the walls, later the roof, and so on. These phases require different methods. An architect intends to build the house but uses different methods to construct each part of the house.

Perhaps this is the explanation of why the same intention results in different behaviors. Maybe God indeed has one intention, but according to the time, he uses different methods to achieve this intention.
